  • Who is eligible for senior living, and what are the requirements?

    Prospective residents who are eligible for senior living will meet the following criteria:

    • Must be 45 years or older.
    • Can ambulate and transfer independently with or without the use of assisted devices such as a walker, wheelchair, etc.
    • Must not be a safety risk to self or others.
    • Must not be an elopement risk.
  • Why should I consider placing my loved one or family member in senior living and how could it be beneficial?

    There are many different reasons you may consider placing your loved one at our facility. Some of these reasons might include:

    • 24-hour supervision and care
    • Assistance with all activities of daily living
    • Medication management
    • Social interaction
    • Meal preparation
  • What is the difference between senior living and a skilled nursing facility?

    Most senior living facilities are private pay. Medical care is not provided in a senior living setting and is managed by their primary care physician and home health support.
